WHAT IS OUR REFUND & RETURN POLICY?

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for our Gym Towels due to hygienic reasons. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. In the event of defects or damage to your item, please get in touch immediately if you have received the wrong product or a damaged/defective product! (matthew@anchorathletic.com).

 

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue promptly. Please provide clear photos of the defect or damage so that we can assess the situation accurately. Please contact matthew@anchorathletic.com.

 

Return Process:
To initiate a return for defective or damaged items, please contact matthew@anchorathletic.com. We will find the best solution for you.

If any packages never arrive due to the input of an incorrect address, we are not responsible and cannot refund your order, however, we will do our best to change the address on your behalf. Shipping labels are created from your input.
