Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
International shipping will be available soon.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received tracking after 3 business days, reach out to us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Anchor Athletic is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll do everything we can to help. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, email us at matthew@anchorathletic.com with your order number and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer input errors.
